# 5 Postal Service
If you
wish to order by regular postal service, allow 3-8 days for us
to receive first class mail and 3-5 days for you to receive the
shipment by postal priority. Include a money order, check or
credit card information (card number, expiration date,
security code). We accept only Visa & MasterCard. Call
888-847-1223 and we can calculate the postage for you based on
weight and zone.

SHIPPING TIME
FRAME
Orders received by
11:00 am with all required information, are generally processed
and ready for shipment by 2:00 pm. Out-going mail must be at
our post office by 3:00 pm.
UPS shipments take 3-7
days, depending on your zip code.
CARRIER SERVICES
We ship regular Postal
Priority or Flat Rate Priority, first class mail or UPS . Unless
instructed otherwise, we determine which is the least expensive
for your zip code.
We do not insure
postal service shipments….unless requested, which is an
additional cost.
UPS is automatically
insured.
BACK ORDER
POLICY
Occasionally, we may
be temporarily out of a product to fill an order, and not be
aware of it until the shipping department advises us of the
shortage, we will either, 1) place the items on back order and
ship as soon as possible, or 2) fill the order with other sizes
that equal your original request.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not
satisfied with a product, please call toll free 888-847-1223 to
advise us of your decision. We welcome feed-back from our
customers. Your opinions are highly valued in helping us
maintain effective, high quality products.
If we cannot resolve
the matter to your satisfaction, we will refund the purchase
price in full for that particular product.
Exception to this
policy – special orders of custom blended formulas cannot be
returned.
