No minimum order.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit and debit cards only for internet orders.  Other methods of ordering accept the credit cards plus money orders and checks.  Checks must clear before shipment.  We do NOT accept COD orders.

Postal Service

If you wish to order by regular postal service, allow 3-8 days for us to receive first class mail and 3-5 days for you to receive the shipment by postal priority if you have enclosed a money order as the method of payment.  If you prefer to send a check, allow 10 days for the check to clear before shipment.

General Shipping Information

Shipping Time Frame

Orders received by 11:00 am are usually processed, packaged and ready for shipment by 1:00 pm.  All mail leaves our local post office by 3:00 pm.  We are located in a rural area and the post office is 21 miles from the shipping center.  We must leave no later than 2:00 pm to meet that time frame for same day shipping.  Otherwise, shipments go out the next day.

Carrier Services

We ship primarily by Postal Priority or .....snail mail and UPS when requested.  If the total weight exceeds 8 lbs, UPS is sometimes more economical.  If the total weight does not exceed 8 lbs, we can use the priority flat rate box of $8.95 to anywhere in the U.S.
If you need express shipping, please advise.

Cost Control

We make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible.  We do not insure priority mail.  During the 16 years we have been in business, less than 5 shipments have been damaged beyond use.  We feel this record does not justify insuring every package.  Should a package be damaged beyond use, do not accept it.  Instruct the post office to return it to us, and we will replace your order as soon as we receive the damaged package.  In cases of emergency, we will re-ship immediately.
 

Back Order Policy

Occasionally we run short of an item, generally due to a previous large order just shipped but

not yet posted to inventory, or in some cases, due to seasonal shortages.  If customer service has already taken your order before the shipping department advises them of the shortage, we will place the shortage item(s) on back order and not charge your account until we can ship.
 

Exception to this policy - if customer service is advised that the shortage item will be back in stock within a day or so, we will include the charge and note on your charge card that it will be shipped within a few days.  In such cases, we pay the postage for the delayed shipment.

Return Policy
 

If you are not satisfied with any product, return it within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase price.  Please keep in mind that most natural products must be taken over a longer period of time to be effective.  The positive and comforting side of that is very few, if any, negative side effects occur.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
 

Exception to this policy - special orders of custom blended formulas cannot be returned.
